The application procedure
The recruitment process is initiated on receipt of your resume. As a result of the number of applications that DS receives, it is necessary for the HR team to initiate a pre-screening practice determined by the role and level of entry of each position. Then your CV is passed to the recruiting team for further screening.
The interview process
Once you are short listed, you will be called for your first interview which may be in person or via telephone. Typically you will be expected to attend three rounds of interviews;

Interviews may include written tests depending on the role and level of entry.
The offer
Successful candidates would be intimated by a formal written letter and a follow up email.
